古书院矿坚硬顶板“三带”发育规律研究

Application Research on “Three Belts” Development Regularities of 15th Coal Seam Hard Roof in Gushuyuan Mine

摘要: 本文运用理论计算、数值模拟和钻孔窥视现场探测的方法,研究了古书院矿15#煤层坚硬顶板的裂隙发育规律及“三带”分布。通过15#煤层“三带”分布研究,确定15#煤层的裂隙带最大发育高度。划分“三带”高度,根据裂隙发育孔内瓦斯浓度分布情况,结合顶板岩性,为15#煤层建立抽采系统治理瓦斯的可行性、合理性论证提供依据。基于对古书矿15#煤层裂隙带瓦斯运移规律的研究,形成了以“顶板高位钻孔抽采、采空区埋管抽采”为核心的立体综合抽采技术。

Abstract: Abstract:To research the crack development regularity and “three zones” distribution of 15 # coal seam hard roof ,this paper applied theory calculation, numerical simulation and drilling peep methods field detecting. Through the research of 15 # coal seam “three zones” distribution,it concluded 15 # coal seam fracture zone maximum growth altitude. According to crack development hole gas concentration distribution and the situation on roof lithology. The research divided “three zones” height and provided the basis feasibility and rationality of 15 # coal gas drainage system establishment. Based on Gushuyuan mine 15 # coal seam gas migration rule fracture zones, the “high roof drilling drainage, goaf buried tube extraction” as the core of the three-dimensional comprehensive drainage technology was formed.
