摘要: 摘要:文章结合刘河矿选煤厂的生产实际,分析了该厂煤泥水系统存在的主要问题:部分煤泥未经分选直接回收,导致末煤重介主洗精煤“背灰”,影响全厂精煤产率;分级旋流器分级粒度过低,底流夹细严重,加剧了上述问题的产生。针对存在问题提出了合理的解决方案,以提高精煤产率,增加企业经济效益。

Abstract: Abstract: The main purpose of this article which depends on the daily production is to analysis the critical problem about the slurry water system in Liu He coal preparation plant , find out the internal relations between the slurry water system and dense medium washing system dependent ,and look for the useful solution. So as to increase the yield of clean coal and raise the economic benefits of the plant.
