薄煤层综采新型高水材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技术研究

Research on gob-side entry retaining technology in gateway of thin seam fully mechanized coal face using new type of high-water material to construct roadside packing body

摘要: 针对临沂矿业集团各矿煤炭资源紧缺、采掘接替紧张的现状,在邱集煤矿进行了薄煤层综采新型高水材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技术研究与试验。在该技术中,选用新型高水材料构筑巷旁充填体,研发了与之相适应的巷旁充填及沿空留巷支护工艺,并采用锚栓、钢带等方法提高充填体的稳定性。结果表明:所留巷道围岩变形量较小,留巷效果很好,说明该技术能够很好地适应薄煤层综采工作面沿空留巷的围岩活动规律,具有很高的推广价值。

Abstract: Aimed at shortage of coal resources and nervous mining and excavation replace status for Linyi Mining Group, research on gob-side entry retaining technology in gateway of thin seam fully mechanized coal face using new type of high-water material to construct roadside packing body was carried out and tested in Qiuji Coal Mine. In this technology, new type of high-water material was used to construct roadside packing body, the matched roadside packing process and related supporting technology were invented and the methods such as anchor bolt, steel belt were used to improve the stability of filling body. The results show that: The gateway had small deformation, so a good effect of gob-side entry retaining had been got, which indicates that this technology can be commendably fit for the rule of strata movement for gob-side entry retaining in thin seam fully mechanized coal face and has high promotion value.
