棚锚注联合支护技术在软岩巷道中的应用

Tent anchor note combined support technology in the application of soft rock tunnel excavation

摘要: 本文结合青东矿工程实例,通过理论分析和现场监测,分析了该矿104回风大巷的围岩地质特性、变形状态和破坏原因,确立了棚锚注联合支护方案,采用该方案后围岩应力分布范围和塑性区都显著缩小;围岩变形量明显降低,巷道围岩两帮及顶底板塑性破坏范围显著减少,顶底板出现屈服后很快趋于稳定。结果表明,该支护方案在解决软岩巷道变形和位移量大等问题上,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: Combining with the green east mine engineering examples, through the theoretical analysis and field monitoring, analysis of the mine roadway surrounding rock 104 return of geological characteristics, deformation state and the causes of damage and established the tent anchor note combination supporting scheme, using the scheme of surrounding rock stress distribution after the scope and the plastic zone are significantly reduced; Surrounding rock deformation decrease, roadway surrounding rock two help and top floor plastic damage range significantly reduce, roof and floor appear soon after yield tends to be stable. The results show that the support scheme in solving soft rock roadways deformation and displacement big issues, has obtained the good effect.
