Optimization Design of Shearer Idler Shaft Based on ANSYS Workbench

摘要:

惰轮轴是采煤机牵引部重要的组成部件,通过对采煤机惰轮轴进行参数化建模,对惰轮轴在ANSYS-Workbench环境下进行有限元分析,得出了惰轮轴的应力分布状况,并对各参数变化对最大应力影响进行了灵敏度分析,得出了各参数与最大应力的关系曲线;利用灵敏度分析的响应曲面对惰轮轴进行了优化设计,使得在满足强度前提下,减轻了惰轮轴重量,节约了成本。

Abstract:

The idler shaft is an important component part of shearer, and the stress distribution of idler shaft is worked out for Finite Element Analysis in the environment of ANSYS-Workbench after carrying on parametric modeling of shearer idler shaft. The relationship curve between all the parameters and maximum stress is worked out after changing the parameters of maximum stress effects on the sensitivity analysis. The idler shaft design is optimized using the curved surface from sensitivity analysis which makes the premise to meet the strength to reduce the weight of the idler shaft and cost savings.
