基于SolidWorks的选煤厂车间三维设计

摘要:

AutoCAD二维设计在选煤厂设计过程中存在效率低和管道设计困难等缺点,三维辅助设计直接将设计者脑海中的模型,形象逼真的反映在计算机屏幕上,具有“所见即所得”的特点,可以降低管道设计难度,提升工程图纸质量和出图速度。本文以宁鲁煤电有限责任公司任家庄选煤厂设计为例探讨了基于SolidWorks的选煤厂车间三维设计的思路和步骤、选煤厂三维设计的优势和存在的技术难点,简要说明了选煤厂三维设计的发展趋势。

Abstract:

As the AutoCAD, two-dimensional design is low-efficient in coal preparation plant design and inadequate in CPP pipeline design, the three-dimensional design can reflect the designer’s model on the computer screen vividly, with “what you see is what you get” feature, which can lower the difficulty of pipeline design and improve the quality of engineering drawings and plotting speed. This paper discusses the steps of 3D CPP design , analyses the difficulties and advantages of 3D CPP design. It also describes the developing trend of three-dimensional CPP design briefly.
