煤矿提升机传动特性检测系统的设计与分析

The design and analysis of detecting system for mine hoist transmission characteristics

摘要:

摘 要:当矿井提升机的大功率单元级联型交-直-交变频调速系统功能出现运行故障时,需要安全快速找出存在的问题。本文讨论了测试方案的拟定,以及提升机传动特性检测系统的实际构成,包括:高阻隔离变压器供电单元、信号标定单元、隔离放大单元、行程测量单元。论文最后给出了应用传动特性检测系统进行测试的结果及其分析,得到了有意义的结论。

Abstract:

Abstract:When the high-power cascaded AC/DC/AC frequency converter system of mine hoist is faulty,we need find out the problem existing quickly and safety.This article mainly confirms the testing contents and designs detecting system for mine hoist transmission characteristics.The system includes: transformer power unit with high isolation, signal calibration unti, isolated amplifier unit, distance measure unit. Also we make a analysis of the testing results, and finally get a meaningful conclusion.
