蒙西陇东地区富水软岩地层冻结造孔施工技术研究

The Research of Freezing Drilling in the West of The Inner Mongolia and the East of the Gansu Province

摘要:

随着蒙西及陇东地区煤炭资源开发,人工冻结法在该区域富水地层竖、斜井凿井工程中的应用日渐广泛,而冻结造孔作为冻结工程的主要组成部分,其成孔质量和施工进度直接影响冻结工程交圈时间。结合在蒙西陇东地区施工经验,选取地层代表性较强的当前世界立井净径最大的泊江海子煤矿副立井,当前世界冻结深度最深的核桃峪煤矿副立井冻结工程,对冻结造孔及相关工序进行分析,提出蒙西陇东地区冻结造孔中纠斜、取煤芯、冻结管下放及穿越砾岩等关键工序技术要点,为该区域冻结造孔施工提供参考。

Abstract:

With the coal mine in the west of the Inner Mongolia and the east of the Gansu province, the artificial freezing method is used widely in the construction of shaft passing through the watery strata. As the main components of the artificial freezing, the quality and schedule of freezing drilling directly affects the closure time of two ice poles. Combined with the experience of the artificial freezing engineering in this area, the Bo jiang hai auxiliary shaft ,which net diameter is the greatest, and the He tao yu auxiliary shaft ,which freezing depth is the greatest ,are taken as the typical formation to research so as to approach the technology points of hole straightening ,taking the coal core ,passing through the conglomerate. as provides reference for freezing drilling in the area
