高应力大断面软岩巷道破坏机理物理模拟研究

Physical Simulation Study on Destruction Mechanism of High-stress Soft Rock Roadway with Large Section

摘要:

本文以陕西铜川矿业公司某煤矿的东5#煤进斜软岩巷道为研究对象,采用相似材料模拟方法来研究具有软岩特征的巷道破坏特征及破坏机理,通过对巷道破坏的外观形态特征进行观测分析,总结出巷道变形过程及破坏形式;通过对巷道围岩位移的监测总结分析巷道围岩在加载条件下围岩变形过程;通过对锚杆锚索锚固力的监测分析,总结锚杆锚索工作状态。最后,分析总结了该矿高应力大断面软岩巷道变形、破坏过程及特征。

Abstract:

the paper takes the East5# ramp soft rock of a coal mine in Shaanxi Tongchuan Mining Company’s as the research object, and uses similar material simulation methods to study failure characteristics and failure mechanism of soft rock roadway, the paper summed the process of roadway deformation and failure modes, through observation and analysis for appearance of the destruction morphological characteristics of the roadway; the paper summed the process of roadway surrounding rock deformation in the loading conditions through the monitoring of surrounding rock displacement;the paper summarized bolt anchor working condition through monitoring and analysis for bolt anchorage force. Finally,the paper summarizes characteristics of deformation and failure process of high-stress soft rock roadway with large section.
