楔形体炮泥堵塞机理实验研究

Wedge Stemming plugging mechanism experimental study

摘要: 为了解决目前堵塞器封堵质量难以控制,炮眼利用率低,易出现“打枪”或者炸药拒爆等问题,采用了理论分析和实验研究相结合的方法,分析了堵塞器堵塞机理,对堵塞器的结构和长度进行优化设计,通过摆锤冲击实验验证了堵塞器的堵塞效果,并分别对粘土堵塞器和楔形体堵塞器进行工业试验,结果表明:采用了楔形体堵塞器,单循环进尺提高了10%,炮眼的利用率提高了10%,装药量降低了16.3%。

Abstract: Aiming at stemming sealing quality difficult to control, Perforation of the utilization rate is low, easy to appear "wanted" phenomenon or explosives misfire, on the basis of reaserch in the hole plugging mechanism and plugging technology, Changing the structure to optimize the design of stemming, studying the plugging result of wedge stemming by impact test and the blasting test, comparing clay gun mud with wedge stemming, industrial experiment shows that because the wedge stemming improved the blocking effect, hole junior size increased % 10, hole utilization increased by 10%, the charge was reduced by 16.3%. In fact, the result is consistent with the theoretical analysis.which Can provide a basis for engineering blasting,the application of stemming is of great significance.
