基于PLC矿用喷涂机械手控制系统设计

The design of spraying manipulator control system in mines base on PLC

摘要: 针对目前矿用喷涂机械手操作不灵活、喷涂效果差、容易受干扰等问题,研究并设计了一种成本低、实用性强的喷涂机械手的控制系统。该系统采用S7-200PLC和2MA860H驱动器控制86BYG250A步进电机构成开环控制系统,实现了较精确的位置控制。并通过对X-Y轴矿用喷涂机械手的控制,验证了该系统操作简单、高效稳定、节能环保、抗干扰能力强,可以广泛地用于各种矿用设备的喷涂。

Abstract: For the current mining spraying manipulator operation is not flexible, spraying effect is poor, vulnerable to interference and other issues,spraying manipulator driven system with low cost and high practicability was realized in this paper. A control system is designed in this paper to complete the operation mode of the stepper motor based on S7-200PLC and 2MA86H drive, which can realize the precise position control. Through the control of x-y axis mine spraying manipulator, it verifies that the system operation is simple, efficient, stable, energy conservation, environmental protection, strong anti-interference ability, can be widely used in a variety of mining equipment for spraying.
