低温冻结岩土三轴试验机的改进研究

Research on Improvement of Low-Temperature Permafrost Triaxial Testing Machine

摘要: 为研究岩石负温力学特性,需进行大量的负温三轴压缩试验,以现有的试验机的效率无法满足大规模试验的需求。为此,对低温冻结岩土三轴试验机做如下改进:将原配储油桶改为可控温冰箱,利用低温油泵将冰箱内的低温航空硅油直接注入压力室,减少航空硅油在压力室的冷却时间;将原刚性提降方式改为链条柔性提降方式,减少试验提降的次数。通过以上改进方案,使得首次试验时间由7h缩短至4h,试验效率提升75%,后续试验时间由2h缩短至50min,试验效率提升140%,实现了一天进行多次试验的目标。

Abstract: In order to research the mechanical properties of red sandstone under negative temperatures, we need a large number of tests on negative temperature triaxial compression.But the existing test efficiency can not meet the needs of large-scale trials. Concerning the long test period and low efficiency of the testing machine found during the experiment, the author improved the testing machine in the following aspects: (1) Abandon the original oil storage barrel and infuse the pre-chilled aviation silicone oil into the pressure chamber through oil pump to reduce the cooling time of aviation silicone oil in the pressure chamber. (2) Change the way of lifting from rigid connection to soft connection by chains to reduce the frequency of lifting and lowering. The testing machine’s cooling rate was improved and the test period was shortened after changing those conditions. The period of first completed test was shortened from 7 hours to 4 hours while the period of one follow-up test was shortened from 2 hours to 50 minutes, which doubled the efficiency, achieving testing multiple samples in one day. Meanwhile, changing the way of connection improved security.
