易自燃厚煤层综放工作面快速回撤技术及实践

摘要: 针对砂墩子矿厚煤层综放开采,煤层自然发火期短,对回撤时间要求严格的情况,采取了加强端头顶板管理、将液压支架作为掩护支架支撑回撤迎头空间,注氮与注阻化剂、黄泥胶体、黄泥灌浆等综合防灭火措施在内的综合方案,实现了工作面25d完全回撤,为后续及类似条件工作面回撤提供了经验。

Abstract: The mining way in Shadunzi coalmine is fully mechanized caving mining of thick coal seam. The spontaneous combustion period of 4# coal seam is short, which makes working face recovery time tight. Comprehensive plan including strengthening roof control of termination, hydraulic support as shield supporting recovering space and comprehensive measures against fire of nitrogen injection with inhibitor injection, yellow mud Colloids injection and mud grouting was carried out. Only 25 days were used to complete the whole recovery of N4002 working face, which provided experience learning for recovery of followed or similar working faces.
