巷道顶板离层力学模型与围岩失稳判断研究

Separation Model of Roadway Roof and Judgment of Instability Based on Time Series Analysis

摘要: 为研究巷道顶板的离层变化规律,基于离层的时间序列理论和弹性梁的弯曲理论,运用Maple符号运算和SAS统计分析功能,建立了考虑锚杆锚固因素和水平地应力因素的顶板力学模型,并基于此模型提出了确定离层临界值(包括弹性临界值ωmax和失稳临界值δmax)的方法,通过分析离层预测值Xt与ωmax、δmax之间的关系,可确定巷道的合理支护时间以及判断顶板失稳。此外,就离层临界值的力学意义,探讨了围岩的失稳机制。最后,以东滩矿1305运输巷道作为模型的算例,得出:该巷道的ωmax和δmax值分别为16mm、35mm,在离层值达到16mm之前对巷道进行合理的加强支护即可维持围岩稳定;当离层值到达35mm后巷道即将失稳,要做好防冲工作以及冒顶的预防措施。

Abstract: In order to study the law of roadway roof separation, established a mechanical model which considered anchorage effect and horizontal stress based on Time Series Analysis theory of roof separation value and the Elastic Theory of Beams. Besides, we used Maple and SAS to analysis this problem. Based on the mechanical model, we put forward a method to determine the value of elasticity ωmax and the value of instability δmax. we could get the optimal supporting time and judge roof fall by three values, which are the predicted value Xt and the two separation values ωmax and δmax. In addition, we discussed the mechanical mechanism of surrounding rock instability by the mechanical model. Finally, we used an engineering example Dong Tan Mine 1035 roadway as an example of the model. Conclusion are drawn that the value of separation ωmax and δmax are 16mm and 35mm, and measures should be made when the value of separation reached 35mm.
