华北型煤田矿井水文地质类型与水害事故分析

摘要: 为了查清华北型煤田矿井水文地质类型和水害防治现状,对该区2889个煤矿水文地质类型进行划分,从矿井涌水量及富水系数等方面研究了华北型煤田矿井水文地质特征,分析该地区防治水机构、人员和设备保障情况,剖析了2012-2013年华北型煤田较大以上水害事故发生的主要原因,研究成果可为我国今后煤矿防治水工作奠定重要的基础,为下一步防治水重点监管监察划定靶区。

Abstract: In order to understand the hydrogeological classification of coal mines in North China and the current situation of water hazards, data were collected, i.e., the number of coal mines, mine water inflow, water discharge, water content coefficient, the hydrogeological classification, and the level of effort in preventing and controlling the water hazards. The situation and characteristics of the hydrogeological classification in North China’s coal mines were studied statistically. There are 41 extremely complex coal mines, 299 complex coal mines, 1585 medium coal mines and 964 simple coal mines. Analysis of the 2012 and 2013 water hazard accidents in North China’s coal mines indicates the water hazards often occurred in state-owned mines and were mostly caused by goaf water. The effort will help the future job in water prospecting and dewatering and ascertain the important areas for preventing and controlling of water inrushes.
