筒仓定量装车系统加料阀门的模糊控制

摘要: 〗设计解决筒仓定量自动装车系统中,针对加料阀门关闭时机不易选择,操作员难以把握,存在装车精度与装车效率矛盾的问题,在对现场测量数据进行分类统计并结合操作员的实践经验基础上,提出运用模糊控制技术控制筒仓加料阀门的方法。以该方法为核心创建友好的人机交互界面对现场进行控制,提高装车精度,缩短装车时间,方便操作员操作,确保筒仓定量装车系统安全、可靠、高效运行。

Abstract: Designing solutions in the silo quantitative automatic loading system, aiming at the improper selection of feeding valve closing time, There is contradiction between the precision and the efficiency in loading system.The system makes use of fuzzy control technology,on the statistics of the field measurement data and combined with operator experience into the control rules, making up fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic. Creating a friendly human-computer interaction (HCI) can reduce the operator's workload, improving the control precision and the efficiency of loading to achieve optimal fastest control.
