复杂地层定向钻进施工技术研究

Discussion on Application of Directional Drilling Technology in Complex Formation of Coal Mine

摘要: 为了研究ZYWL-6000D型定向钻机在软煤层、构造带等复杂地层中的钻进效果,以高河煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔施工为研究背景,采用试验孔探测了施工前方100m地层条件,验证了ZYWL-6000D型定向钻机设备的稳定性,并对能力孔的施工工艺进行了改进。施工结果表明,5个能力钻孔主控深度均达到480m,其中,4#能力孔主孔深度达到561m,5个能力钻孔累计总进尺达到3132m,整个试验过程较为顺利。

Abstract: Directional drilling technique and equipment, as a kind of most advanced technique in the field of underground drilling in coal mine in recent years, has played a more and more important role in gas control of coal mine. But after researching, we know that the structural characteristics of this technique and equipment determine more effective in stable formation, and less effective in complex formation. Therefore, using directional drilling technique construction in complex formation (soft seam, structural belt), how about the drilling risk and what about the application prospect of this technology, has still no systemic research conclusion.So the author tracks the application test using ZYWL-6000D Directional drill in Gaohe coal mine. The test completed five boreholes. Most of their main holes’ depths are above 480m, and the No.4 main hole’s depth is 561m. According to the test results, for Gaohe coal mine with soft coal (f<0.45) and complex geological structure formation, although drilling is difficult and there are more unexpected situations, we can also adopt directional long drilling if choosing proper construction technology. From this, for complex formation of coal mine, directional drilling technology and equipment has a good application prospect. And It has important significance for gas control in coal seam.
