沿空留巷泵送混凝土堵管原因分析及预防措施

摘要: 基于韩城矿业公司泵送混凝土沿空留巷现场实践,探讨了井下泵送混凝土工艺中作业环境、泵送设备、泵送材料及作业人员的特殊性,从泵送混凝土设备制造、充填材料的合理配制、井下作业方式等方面进行系统分析,提出了加强设备研发力度、加强材料及人员管理的技术措施,并取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract: Abstract: Gob-side entry retaining(GSER) by pumping concrete has been widely applied in coal mine in China. Due to limitations of many conditions such as underground space and working environment, Pipe blockage become an important restrictive factor in the process of GSER. This technical problem restricts the effective application and promotion of GSER. Based on field measurements and experience, Equipment manufacturing of pumping concrete, filling material preparation and operation mode have been optimized. As a result, prevention measures of pipe blockage was proposed and applied.
