煤矿井下精确定位系统中的节点设计

Node Design in Accurate Positioning System for Coal Mine

摘要: 现有的煤矿井下精确定位系统存在覆盖距离近、小型化难度大、成本较高等问题,针对上述问题,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的精确定位节点。该节点设计分为中心节点设计和目标节点设计两种方案,均采用相同的JN5168射频芯片,由于节点小型化要求不同,中心节点和目标节点使用不同类型的天线。经在煤矿试验巷道中测试,将定位节点应用于煤矿精确定位系统,其覆盖范围能达到300m,定位精度能够达到10m以内,提高了定位系统的性能。

Abstract: There are existing some shortcomings in accurate positioning system applying to coal mine, such as the near cover distance, difficult miniaturization and high cost. Focus on the above shortcomings, a accurate positioning node is designed based on ZigBee. The accurate positioning nodes design divide into two categories: the center node design and the target node design. And they both utilize the same radio frequency chip-JN5168. Meanwhile, center node and target node use different antennas because of different miniaturization needs. After testing in testing coal mine tunnel, applying the designed node to the accurate positioning system can improve the performance of the positioning system, its coverage distance can reach up to 300 meters and its positioning accuracy can reach less than 10 meters.
