矿井低品位热能综合利用技术研究及应用

摘要: 为了充分回收利用煤矿矿井回风及排水中的低品味热能,解决煤矿生产过程中成本过高等问题,依据冷热负荷计算、热泵供热和供冷能力分析设计了矿井低温热能综合利用技术方案,并对投资及经济效益进行分析。结果表明,利用该低品位热能利用技术,每年可减少耗煤量约11016t标准煤,减少CO2和SO2排放量分别约为28641t和220t,年节省运行费用479万元。

Abstract: In order to solve the high energy consumption and high pollution in the process of production in coal mine and reduce the cost ratio which is becoming higher because of the coal prices have fallen sharply. Using Comprehensive utilization of low temperature thermal energy technology to collect the low grade energy in the return air and drainage of the coal mine to replace the traditional coal-fired boiler and Refrigeration system is feasible. Calculation shows that the heat bump systems can meet the heat and cool loads of the mine. Further analysis give that about 11016 tons of standard coal can be saved per year, and about 28641 tons of CO2 and 220 tons of SO2 emission be reduced respectively at the same time. Payback period of investment of the heat bump system is about 1.4 years. Results indicated that the low temperature heat energy comprehensive utilization technology benefits the cost reduction and construction of green mining.
