输煤栈桥支架堆煤侧压变形加固探析

摘要: 输煤栈桥是煤炭企业的重要构筑物之一。当煤炭由栈桥地板或侧墙开的卸煤孔卸出后,形成煤堆,在栈桥背后堆积,挤压支架,由于不均匀煤压的存在,造成支架变形。为了保证结构继续安全使用,应采取一些可靠的措施进行维修加固。结合工程实例,通过分析支架的受力情况,对变形原因进行剖析,对结构进行计算,结果表明,四边形、圆筒形、椭圆形等筒体结构可增强配煤栈桥的承压能力。

Abstract: Coal transporting trestle is one of the essential construction of coal enterprises. When the coal unloading through the hole at floor or wall of the coal transporting trestles, form the coal pile behind the bracket. And there is uneven coal pressure existing, causing deformation of the support structure. In order to ensure the continued safety should take some reliable measures for maintenance and reinforcement. In this paper, combining the force analysis of deformation of brackets with practical instances, obtain the structures. The conclusion is perhaps that take a design into quadrilateral, cylinder shaped, and oval tube structure can enhance the bearing capacity of the coal transporting trestles, serving as a reference for similar engineering design and reinforcement.
