采场上覆岩层裂隙发育模拟及实证研究

Similar simulation and empirical research on the fracture of overlying rock strata in stope

摘要: 基于深部开采富含水层及老空水下煤层易受水灾影响这一状况,以鸡西新发煤矿采空区积水下29#煤首采工作面地质条件为背景,依据关键层理论、顶板运移规律、采场裂隙发育特性等理论,采用相似材料模拟实验研究了工作面顶板裂隙带发育高度、应力变化分布及规律,通过实验测定的现场取芯岩石的物理参数确定合理相似材料配比,进而构建相似实验模型模拟采场回采,模拟实验结果表明裂隙带高度21.8m,冒落带高度4.5m,老顶最大应力峰值30kPa,与地面钻孔实测数据做对比分析,钻孔实测裂隙带高度23.1m,冒落带高度4m,实验数据较实测分别相差-1.3m、0.5m,最大差值小于9%,符合误差标准要求,验证了相似模拟研究导水裂隙带的可靠性,揭示了鸡西矿区29#煤导水裂隙带发育情况。

Abstract: Based on the fact that the aquifer and goaf underwater coal seam for deep mining can be influenced easily by flood, it takes the geological conditions of the 29# first coal mining face under the ponding of Jixi Xinfa coal mine goaf as the background. According to the key strata theory, roof migration law, fracture development characteristics in the stope and other theories, the similar material stimulation experiment is adopted to study the development height of the roof fracture zone of the working face, the distribution of stress variation and its distribution law. The rational similar material ratio can be determined on the basis of the physical parameters of the coring rocks on the site which have been measured by experiments, thus further constructing the similar experiment model to stimulate backstopping, the results of which indicate the height of the crack belt is 21.8m, the height of the caving zone is 4.5m and the maximum stress peak of the main roof is 30KPa. In contrast to the testing data of face drilling, the measured height of the crack belt by drilling is 23.1m and the height of the caving zone is 4m. Therefore, the experimental data is -1.3m and 0.5m different from the measured data, and the maximum difference is smaller than 9%, which is in line with the requirements of error standard. Thus, the reliability of studying water-flowing fractured zone by similar stimulation can be verified, and the development of 29# coal water-flowing fractured zone in Jixi mine lot can be revealed.
