The Monitoring Data of Tunnel Application Analysis on the Stability of Surrounding Rock and Support Structure

摘要: 以新桥煤矿2107轨道巷作为研究对象,采用巷道变形监测和岩石力学理论,建立考虑时间因素在内的围岩变形和锚杆(索)支护载荷方程,通过研究估算围岩在服务年限内的变形量、持续变形速率和锚杆(索)支护载荷变化,判断支护结构发生过载的时间,为支护工程的隐患排查、制定合理的治理措施赢得主动应对的时间。

Abstract: Abstract: Only rely on the deformation monitoring of surrounding rock can’t be evaluated whether roadway supporting load meets the requirements of single rock in the service life of roadway, and there are some limitations that the surrounding rock deformation monitoring to reflect the long-term stability of roadway. Using 2107 track trough as research object to study this security problem, based on the roadway deformation monitoring technology, the derivation of equations considering the time factor on the roadway deformation and anchor bolt (cable) support load, which The estimates amount of deformation in the service life of the roadway and that evaluates bolt (cable) support stability. The research results of this paper to estimate the amount of deformation of surrounding rock in the service period, to judge the supporting structure occur overload time, in order to eliminate hidden danger of support engineering, to formulate measures to gain the initiative response time.
