制样粒度对缓慢灰化法测灰结果的影响及修正建议

Particle Sizes’ Influence on Slow Determination Ash Content Result and Revision Suggestion

摘要: 用单因素三水平t检验法,对三种不同制样粒度条件下采用缓慢灰化法测定的灰分数据进行方差分析,研究了制样粒度对灰分测定的影响,结果表明,可以将缓慢灰化法测定灰分试验中所用煤样的制样粒度从小于0.2mm修改为小于0.25mm,既不影响灰分测定结果,还具有省时、节能、高效等优点。

Abstract: Article use the t-test of single factors and triple levels to do analysis of variance with the slow determination ash content datas,which are achieved through three different particle sizes of pulverized coals,aiming to study The Influence of particle sizes to Ash Measuring. The results show that it not only will not influence the accuracy of Ash Measuring that modify particle sizes from 0.2mm to 0.25 mm, but also can save time,decrease power assumption,and absolutely promote efficiency.
