Research on Three-Machine Matching in Fully Mechanized Coal-mining Thin Seam Working Face Based on the Genetic Algorithm

摘要: 根据薄煤层综采工作面“三机”配套原理,通过使用遗传算法将“三机”参数进一步优化。以冀中能源显德汪矿为实例,汇总了并比较了优化参数值,最后通过仿真和数据测试,对“三机”配套装配图做运动仿真和碰撞检测,均未发现有任何干涉,证明了配套评价得出的优化参数的正确性和合理性。

Abstract: According to fully mechanized coal face matching principle in the thin coal seam, these parameters in three machines-hydraulic support, shearer and scraper conveyer- are further optimized by using genetic algorithm. Using Xiandewang mine as an example, relevant comparisons and summaries has been made about optimized parameter values. Finally, simulation and test data verify the correctness and rationality of evaluation calculation.
