准东煤田准东二矿巨厚煤层开采方案设计

East junggar coalfield extremely thick coal seam mining design optimization and analysis of the problems faced

摘要: 为解决准东煤田巨厚煤层开采问题,对比分析了分层大采高综采、分层大采高综采和综放相结合、分层综放开采三种采法,认为B1煤层开采应采用分层综放开采,合理割煤高度在5.0m以下,可分三层进行开采,减少煤层重复揭露次数,降低采空区自然发火几率。此外,开采可能面临覆岩控制、瓦斯、设备可靠性等问题,应加强防范。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of east junggar coalfield extremely thick coal seam mining, comparative analysis of large mining height layered, layered large and fully mechanized mining caving combining three kinds of hierarchical caving mining method that B1 seam mining should be stratified caving, reasonable coal cutting height 5.0m or less, can be divided into three floors of exploitation, reducing the number of seams exposed repeatedly to reduce risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf, mining overburden may face control, spontaneous combustion, gas, equipment reliability and other issues, should strengthen prevention.
