卧龙湖煤矿沿空留巷巷旁充填技术应用

Backfilling Technology for Gob-side Entry Retaining and its Application in Wolonghu Coal Mine

摘要: 结合卧龙湖煤矿8102工作面煤层开采的具体工程条件,运用理论计算、数值分析和工程实践相结合的研究方法,分析了8102工作面沿空留巷顶板覆岩运移规律、围岩位移变化及应力分布特征。理论与数值模拟结果表明:8102工作面巷旁充填体在顶板活动过渡期和后期受其影响较大,支护阻力应大于13.5MN|当充填体宽度为3m、强度为5.3MPa时,技术和经济效益最佳。工程应用结果表明,留巷顶板下沉量最大148mm,两帮移近量最大160mm,围岩变形较小,该充填技术在8102工作面风巷沿空留巷得到成功应用。

Abstract: This paper set coal face 8102 in Wolonghu Coal mine as the research background and comprehensively analyzed its current economic status and geological conditions. We proposed backfilling technology for gob-side entry retaining using new cement concrete by analysis of movement characteristics of the overlying strata and theoretical calculation of the support resistance from the entry-side backfilling materials. Finally, parameters optimization of the backfilling technology is completed using numerical simulation. The in-situ monitoring of the surrounding rock stress proved the successful application of this technology in coal face 8102.
