煤矿井筒多管路简支梁受力分析

The Stress Analysis Of Simply Supported Beam Under The Condition Of Many Pipe In Mine Shaft

摘要: 为统一井筒内管路简支梁受力分析方法,依据黄陵一号煤矿四号进风提升斜井井筒内多管路简支梁布置特点,建立了煤矿井筒在单管路布置条件下卡管梁、直管座梁及90°弯头管座梁的受力力学模型,得到了单管路分别对卡管梁、直管座梁及90°弯头管座梁作用力公式,并计算了四号进风提升斜井井筒中各管路对直管座梁的作用力。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of many pipe layout on the simply supported beam in no. 4 downcast air and promotion shaft of Huangling no. 1 mine, the stress mechanics model of pipe locked beam, with hosting beam, and beam of supported the 90° elbow pipe which is under the condition of the single pipe layout in mine shaft was set up. This paper obtained the force formula which was single pipe to pipe locked beam, and hosting beam, and beam of supported the 90° elbow pipe, and calculated the acting force which was each pipe to the hosting beam in no. 4 downcast air and promotion shaft. The formula which was used to unify the stress analysis method of simply supported beam under the condition of the pipe in mine shaft provided the reference.
