基于力学特性与灵敏度分析的防爆车车身轻量化研究

摘要: 在建立基于板壳单元的半承载式车身有限元模型的基础上,结合防爆运人车的行驶工况,对防爆运人车车身进行了静力学分析|同时对车身构件进行灵敏度分析,为车身轻量化设计提供了必要的数据。在灵敏度分析的基础上,确定车身质量最轻为目标函数,车身部分构件的厚度为设计变量,车身扭转刚度不超过要求值为约束条件,对车身进行轻量化优化设计。轻量化优化设计后,车身减重78kg,占车身自重的8.83%,达到了预期的轻量化效果。

Abstract: This paper establish finite element model of explosion-proof manned vehicle , combined with driving cycle of explosion-proof manned vehicle, make statics analysis and modal analysis for body of explosion-proof manned vehicle. Sensitivity analysis of body structure provides the necessary data for body lightweight designing.On the basis of sensitivity analysis, determine the light body mass as the objective function, the thickness of the body parts as design variables, body torsional stiffness is less than required value as constraint conditions, to make the lightweight optimization design of car body, after the lightweight optimization design, body has reduced weight by 8.83%, and has achieved expected effect.
