光纤级联纵差保护在井下防越级跳闸的应用

Application of Fiber Cascaded Differential Protection in Preventing Over-grade Trip in Coal Mine

摘要: 煤矿井下供电系统故障常会引起越级跳闸,这个问题严重影响了井下安全生产和工人的生命安全。文章针对煤矿井下电流保护装置的越级跳闸问题,结合井下线路短的特点,提出了基于分布式智能速断保护原理的光纤级联纵差保护,采用分层、分散式保护动作原理,提高了井下供电系统的安全可靠性。实际应用证明,该方法能较好地预防短线路的越级跳闸问题,最大限度地减少井下大范围停电事故的发生,从而保证井下供电系统的安全运行。

Abstract: The fault of under-grounding power supply system often causes override-tripping. The problem has seriously affected the safety of underground production and security of mine workers. This paper proposed a kind of cascaded fiber longitudinal differential protection which is based on distributed intelligent protection principle. The action principle of the protection was stratified and dispersed which would improve the safety and reliability of underground power supply system. The practical application proves that this method can effectively prevent override tripping and reduce the occurrence of the underground blackout accidents thus ensuring ensure the safe operation of underground power supply system.
