基于长壁式和短壁式相结合的条带采煤法研究

摘要: 为了达到保护地表建(构)筑物和井下安全生产、提高企业经济效益的多重目的,根据地质采矿条件,提出了一种集长壁式采煤法通风系统完整、旺格维利采煤法机动高效、条带式采煤法可有效控制地表变形的优点于一体的快速采煤方法。进行了工作面斜长、留宽和采宽设计。采用3种方法对煤柱稳定性进行了验算。简要介绍了巷道布置、工作面主要设备和回采工艺流程。结果表明,留设条带煤柱是稳定的,地表变形是可控的。新的条带式采煤法技术可行、经济合理。

Abstract: A new quick coal mining technology about strip mining based on long-wall and short-wall mining is proposed. The new mining technology integrates the advantages of long-wall mining, strip mining and wongavilli mining methods in one. The new mining technology length of working face,remaining strip width and mining strip width are calculated. Remaining strip coal pillar stability is checked with three methods. The layout of the roadway, major workface equipment and production process are briefly introduced. The paper also calculates various movement deformation value of surface ground after the coal mining completed and analyzes influences to the surface buildings. Study results show that remaining strip coal pillar is stability, surface deformation is controllable. The new mining technology is technical feasibility and economic rationality and adaptable extensivity.
