新型耐水锚固剂研发及工程应用

摘要: 煤矿生产过程中,含水底鼓巷道治理是一大难题,新型耐水锚固剂的研发显得尤为重要。选取本身强度高,水域环境内能稳定引发固化的改性聚酯为主体,研制成功耐水锚固剂。并对耐水锚固剂抗拔力、不同孔径含水锚管内锚固力、普通锚固剂与耐水锚固剂抗拔力对比进行了试验研究。研究表明:耐水锚固剂水内锚固抗拔力达200kN以上|Φ45mm锚管内锚索锚固力均在150kN以上|Φ50mm锚管内锚索锚固力均在110kN以上|耐水锚固剂在100%积水率锚管内抗拔力平均值为196.3kN,优于普通锚固剂在积水率49%的锚固效果,高出2.86倍。新型耐水锚固剂工业性试验选取蒋家河煤矿二号采区回风大巷底鼓段,成功提高施工效率、缩短工期,减少了水对底板锚索锚固力降低的影响。

Abstract: Abstract: This paper studies the anchoring experiment of waterproof anchorage agent used for disposal of floor heave. The withdrawal resistance of waterproof anchorage agent, anchorage force inside of water-bearing anchorage pipe with different aperture, as well as the withdrawal resistance contrast between ordinary anchorage agent and waterproof anchorage agent have been studied by adopting self-made waterproof anchorage agent. The study shows that: the withdrawal resistance of waterproof anchorage agent within water is above 200KN; the anchorage forces of anchor rope within ?45mm and ?50mm anchorage pipes are above 150KN and 110KN respectively; the average value of withdrawal resistance of waterproof anchorage agent within anchorage pipe with 100% water percentage is 196.3KN, the anchoring effect is 2.86 times higher than that of ordinary anchorage agent with 49% water percentage. In the process of using waterproof anchorage agent, should fully follow the principle of “three diameter matching” and the length design of anchorage section, otherwise the anchoring effect will be seriously affected.The new-type waterproof anchoring agent was successfully used on the floor heave section of air return tunnel of 2nd mining area of Jiangjiahe coal mine, it could improve the construction efficiency, shorten the construction period, and reduce the influence on anchoring force of anchor rope reducing caused by water.
