基于PLC和IFIX的废水处理系统设计

The Design of Waste Water Treatment System Based on PLC and IFIX

摘要: 设计了一种基于西门子S7-300系列PLC的超滤反渗透控制系统,并运用iFIX5.0组态软件作为上位机对系统运行进行实时监控。整个系统采用分布式控制结构,利用工业以太网通过TCP/IP协议实现上位机和下位机的通讯,并通过传感器和智能仪表对实时数据进行采集,实现了对现场设备的精确控制和实时监控。现场应用表明,该系统提高了矿山污水处理系统的工作效率,对企业的自动化生产和现代化管理有一定的推动意义。

Abstract: Given wider and wider application of ultra filtration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) technology in industrial waste water treatment, it designed a control system with UF and RO based on S7-300 series PLC, and provided real time monitoring for the running status by using Ifix5.0 configuration software as the upper computer. It adopted distributed control structure, and communicated between lower machine and upper computer with using TCP/IP protocol, and collected real-time values through the sensors. This system realized a precise control and real-time monitoring for field devices. The field application shows that this system improves the treatment efficiency of industrial waste water, and has a certain promoting significance to automated production and modern management of enterprises.
