VLD-1000定向钻机应用中的主要问题及对策

摘要: 为解决煤矿井下近水平定向钻进技术不成熟造成的定向钻机无法充分高效应用的问题,文章分析了澳大利亚VLD-1000定向钻机在应用中存在的问题,指出提高开分支成功率和导向系统测量精度是提高定向钻进技术和设备使用效率的关键。通过研究并提出增斜技术和降斜技术在开分支过程中的合理应用提高开分支成功率,并从导向系统测量基础公式研究,找出缩短测量距离和改进计算公式是目前提高导向系统精度的良好办法。

Abstract: For high efficient gas drainage from coal seam of underground mine, aiming to control the underground gas disasters,Since 2000, the VLD-1000 directional rig has been introduced into China for dealing with gas controlling for High Grade Gassy Mine and Coal&Gas Outburst Mine. Currently, the total quantity of VLD-1000 is 120. 108 of them are track rigs and others are modular rigs . Some VLD-1000 rigs are standing idle due to the limit practice and unripe technology in operation and running. Through analyzing misapplications of directional drilling technology such as tracking drilling plot, reserve branch point and branch-sidetracking, the counter-measures are selected accordingly for improving the success rate and efficiency of directional drilling.
