落地摩擦式提升机新型车槽装置设计研究

Study on groove turning device design based on the floor type-fricition hoist

摘要: 在传统车槽装置基础上,完成了新型车槽装置设计方案,对比了两者的优缺点|建立了新型车槽装置数学模型。利用大型有限元分析软件,校核了新型车槽装置的强度和刚度。结果表明新型车槽装置操作简便,效率和精度高,并能满足使用强度和刚度要求。

Abstract: Abstract:On the basis of tradition groove turning device,The design scheme of the new type of vehicle slot device is completed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two are compared.;establishing mathematical model of new groove turning device.Using the finite element analysis software, check the new type groove turning decice strength and stiffness。The results show that the operation of the new type groove turning decice is simple, efficiency and high precision, can meet the strength and stiffness requirements.
