基于物元模型的工程施工合同风险评价研究

Evaluation of construction contract risk based on matter-element model

摘要: 施工合同风险评价是建设工程合同管理最重要的过程,如何进行有效地施工合同风险评价是关乎施工单位生存和发展的重要课题。首先通过文献综述法,基于合同全寿命周期理论建立了施工合同风险评价指标体系,接着建立施工合同风险可拓学评价模型,采用熵权法分析确定权重系数定量评价施工合同风险等级,利用该模型评价了X公司签订的施工合同风险的等级,并提出相应降低合同风险的措施。

Abstract: Construction contract risk assessment is the most important process of construction project contract management , how to carry out the construction contract risk assessment effectively is one of the important subjects about the existence and development of the construction unit. Based on the theory of contract life cycle this paper established construction contract risk evaluation index system paper through the literature review method, and then by means of correlation functions of structure element, determine the matter-element classical domain, joint domain, establish extenics evaluation model of construction contract risk, analyze and determine the weight coefficient by entropy method in quantitative evaluation of the construction contract risk grade, finally, evaluate X company’s construction contract risk by the model. In short, the objectives of the paper is to provide the theoretical base for the research and application of related field.
