穿层钻孔封孔工艺在松藻矿的改进及应用

摘要: 通过对松藻煤矿2225工作面穿层抽采(K2巷道布置钻场,穿层抽采Kb3煤层瓦斯)钻孔的抽采效果分析,发现封孔工艺的好坏直接影响到抽采效果。在原有封孔工艺基础上,结合现场情况从钻孔布置、封孔材料及深度、注浆时间、预堵深度等方面提出运输巷钻孔改进方案,并进行了试验。结果表明:采用改进工艺后,虽然成本稍高,但钻场卸压时间增加,卸压抽采量提高|钻场预抽浓度提高了,几乎是原工艺抽采的4.4倍,有效的提高抽采效率。

Abstract: Abstract :analyzed the drilling hole gas drainage effect (2225 workface across seams, K2 air way lay out drilling field, pump K3b coal seam gas across seams), it is found that hole sealing technology directly affects gas drainage. The paper, based on the former technology and combined the context conditions, put forwards a newer improvement project of conveyance road (includes drilling layout, sealing material and depth, grouting time, pre-plugging depth) and tested. Adopted the new project, the cost and drilling pressure relief time rise a little, but pressure –relief gas drainage increase a lot, which makes that the drilling field pre-pumping concentration now is always 4.4 times of former one.
