河北南部矿区矿井水处理资源化现状

摘要: 为进一步提升矿井水资源化效益和水平,促进地区经济、生态环境及社会可持续发展,对河北南部十个矿区矿井水水质特征、处理工艺、运行效果、回用方向以及存在问题进行了调研分析。结果表明:河北南部矿区有含悬浮物矿井水、高矿化度矿井水和特殊污染矿井水三大类,主要采用反应沉淀(澄清)、过滤、消毒处理工艺,处理率达到90%以上|目前矿井水处理后自用水率还较低(约70%),需建立矿井水资源化利用鼓励机制,对矿井水进行资源化优化配置|有些矿区矿井水处理运行成本偏高,需优化混凝剂、助凝剂的选择和投加量,提高混凝沉淀效果,进一步降低处理成本,逐步提高矿井水资源化利用率和经济效益。

Abstract: To further enhance the level and efficiency of mine water, promote regional economic, ecological and social sustainable development, in southern Hebei ten mining area water quality characteristics, treatment processes, operating results, as well as the direction reuse existing problems of research and analysis. The results show that three types of mine water were containing suspended solids mine water, highly-mineralized mine water and special polluted mine water in the south of Hebei. Treatment mainly reactive precipitation (clarification), filtration and disinfection treatment process, treatment rate of over 90%. At present, the water rate of mine water treatment is still relatively low (about 70%), it is necessary to establish the mechanism of mine water resources utilization, and optimize the allocation of mine water resources. Some of the mine water Processing operation cost is high, the need to optimize the coagulant, coagulant and dosage, improve the effect of coagulation and sedimentation, further reduce processing costs and gradually increase the mine water resources utilization and economic benefits.
