小保当煤矿智慧矿山生态环境防治体系建设模式研究

摘要: 结合小保当矿井所处区域的环境特征、环境保护目标,以“创新驱动发展”战略,在遵循“高起点、高标准、示范性”基本建设理念的基础上,根据其开采工艺分析了可能产生的环境问题,构建了集“绿色生产、节能减排”、“以矿哺农、保护生态”、“资源利用、循环经济”、“生态文明、三位一体”四大模块,以“机构制度建设”、“监测监控体系”为重要保障的绿色循环体系。

Abstract: Abstract: An important guarantee system of the green cycle was set up based on the concept of "high starting point, high standard and demonstration”, The system is constituted by four parts as " green production, energy saving and emission reduction ","mining to nurture agriculture、environmental protection"," resource utilization, recycling economy " and “ecological civilization, trinity". To ensure the normal operation of the system, enterprise must build perfect institutions and monitoring and control system.
