深部动压软岩巷道底鼓控制技术研究

Research on Floor Heave Control technology of Deep dynamic pressure soft rock roadways

摘要: 针对深部动压软岩巷道底鼓严重与难控制问题,选取蒋家河煤矿二采区回风大巷为研究对象,对其控制技术进行研究。现场调查发现该回风巷底鼓十分强烈,同时伴随有顶板冒落、片帮及侧墙破裂等现象,在此基础上分析了该类巷道的底鼓原因与控制机理,并提出了“注浆+锚索网喷+底板锚索”的综合控制技术。实践表明该技术控制区域围岩稳定,底鼓得到有效控制。该研究成果可为该矿或同类矿井巷道支护控制提供一定的技术借鉴。

Abstract: Aim at many problems about unmanageable floor heave of deep dynamic pressure soft rock roadways . the geological data of return air roadway in 2 mining area at Jiang Jiahe coal Mine is taken as an example to study the heave mechanism and its Control . Methods field investigation was used to analyze the rock deformation characteristics and internal failure of surrounding rock.and then,mechanism of heave floor have been revealed based on results of field investigation. The comprehensive support method with“bolt + metal net + gunite covering + anchor + grouting + floor anchor”ispresented.Application shows that the heave floor is effectively controlled by the method application, the floor heave amount is less than the maximum value of 10mm and the rate of convergence was less than 1mm/d in the later period. These research results can provide some necessary technical support for some reference for similar roadway.
