大倾角薄煤层综采关键技术研究与实践

Research and Practice on key technology of fully mechanized thin coal mining with large dip angle

摘要: 针对大倾角薄煤层机械化开采程度和生产效率低导致采厚丢薄的问题,研究出了具有防倒防滑功能的矮机身、低采高综采“三机”配套设备及其关键技术,并在广能公司雷公山煤矿完成工程实践。实践结果表明:研究制造的“三机”设备配套合理,关键技术完善可靠,其月单产达到3万t,实现了倾角小于45°、厚度小于1m的大倾角薄煤层综合机械化安全高效开采。

Abstract: For large inclined thin coal seam mechanized mining degree and low production efficiency in mining thick thin cast, developed with anti-skid function of short fuselage, low fully mechanized mining three machine equipment and its key technology, and complete the engineering practice in Leigong Mountain coal mine Guangneng corporation. The practice results show that the research of manufacturing three machine equipment supporting reasonable key technology to improve the reliability, the monthly yield reached 30 thousand T, to achieve a large angle of thin seam fully mechanized caving angle less than 45 degrees, the thickness is less than 1m.
