Simulation and Research on Hydraulic System of Broken Belt Catcher for Belt Conveyor Based on AMEsim

摘要: 针对传统机械式和全断面液压式断带抓捕装置存在的不足,提出一种新型的断带抓捕液压系统,主要利用插装阀和梭阀合理组合设计完成蓄能器充液和快速放液,进而实现迅速抓捕断带。介绍了新型断带抓捕液压系统的工作原理,基于AMESim对系统进行建模仿真,分析了蓄能器和液压缸的关键参数对系统抓捕性能的影响规律,为断带抓捕液压系统的设计与优化提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional mechanical and hydraulic full-face broken belt catcher, a new type hydraulic system of broken belt catcher is proposed. The combination and design of cartridge valve and the shuttle valve is used to make accumulator charged and draingaged, which realizes that the broken belt is captured. The working principle on the hydraulic system of broken belt catcher is introduced. The influence of the key parameters of the accumulator and the hydraulic cylinder on the system capturing performance is analyzed based on AMEsim, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the hydraulic system.
