带式输送机新型变频自动张紧装置的动态仿真

Simulation of new variable frequency automatic take-up of belt conveyor with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要: 针对带式输送机液压自动张紧装置存在液压设备故障率高、张紧调节缓慢等诸多问题,提出了一套新型变频自动张紧系统方案,该系统全部由机电元件构成,大大简化了结构。将空间矢量脉宽调制技术应用于永磁同步电机调速系统,控制张紧绞车的转速和转向,进而调节输送带张力。建立系统的数学模型和仿真模型,采用AMESim/Matlab联合仿真的方式,对带式输送机的动态特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该新型变频自动张紧装置能够保证驱动滚筒奔离点张力在受控启动阶段维持在75KN左右,稳定运行、机尾移动阶段维持在52KN左右,响应速度快,可满足带式输送机在几种不同工况下对输送带张力的需求。

Abstract: In consideration of hydraulic automatic take-ups for belt conveyor’s various malfunction ,such as, high failure of hydraulic equipment, slow reaction rate ,etc,put forward a new kind of variable frequency automatic take-ups.The new kind take-up is only made up of electromechanical components, which greatly simplifies the system structure.Apply Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation technology (SVPWM) to Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) speed control system,in order to control the winch’s speed and steering,then adjust the conveyor belt tension.Establish the system’s mathematical model and simulation model. Use AMESim and Matlab tool to make the simulation analysis on the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor. The results show that the loose edge tension of driving drum remain at around 75kN in controlled start-up stage and around 52kN in stable operation and outage stage,which can adjust the belt tension timely and meet the need of various conditions of belt conveyors.
