PLC控制系统在半干法烟气脱硫工程中的应用

摘要: 为解决在半干法高倍率灰钙循环脱硫除尘一体化工程的控制系统中,传统的常规仪表控制系统由于其故障率高、操作频繁等原因,满足不了生产需求的问题。文章介绍了PLC控制系统在神东公司寸草塔二矿锅炉房半干法烟气脱硫工程上的应用,概述了半干法烟气脱硫的工艺原理,详细介绍了PLC控制系统选型、PLC系统构成以及供电和接地可靠性设计。结合半干法烟气脱硫工程的特点及控制要求,将控制系统按照功能分为数据采集与处理、模拟量自动调节和开关量顺序控制三部分,并详细论述了各部分的被控对象和控制原理。在模拟量的自动调节中还引入了PID控制,以实现闭环控制。

Abstract: In this paper, application of PLC control system in semi-dry flue gas desulfurization project of the boiler plant in the second mine of Cuncaota, ShenDong was introduced. The process principle of semi-dry flue gas desulfurization was overviewed, the selection and components of the PLC control system, as well as the reliability design of power supply and ground connection were illustrated. The control system was divided into three sections, which were DAS (Data Acquisition System), MCS (Modulating Control System) and SCS (Sequence Control System) according to the functions, at the same time, the control object and principle of each section were discussed in detail. PID control principle was also applied in MCS to realize close-loop control.
