卸压巷作用效果的平面数值模拟分析

摘要: 针对塔山煤矿开采下组煤层所面临的临空开采动压显现情况所造成的回采巷道围岩应力高、围岩变形量大的特点,分析了卸压原理和预置参数,并利用RFPA模拟软件,以煤矿开采过程中的围岩应力动态演化过程为基础,对开采过程中有无卸压巷的围岩应力变化情况进行比较分析。结果表明,卸压巷与煤柱之间合理宽度为15m|开采过程中巷道围岩剪应力在工作面推进180m时达到最大值,并在工作面超前6m范围内塑性变形发生剪切破坏|通过开掘卸压巷,煤柱所受最大压力减少了226%,最大剪应力减少近50%,巷道围岩应力和顶底板剪应力也有不同程度的减少。研究结果为特厚煤层卸压巷的布置提供了参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the high stress and the large deformation of the surrounding rock caused by the dynamic pressure of the open coal mining in the Tashan coal mine,analyzing the principle of unloading pressure and preset parameters.The principle of unloading and presetting parameters are analyzed,and then based on the dynamic evolution of the surrounding rock stress in the process of coal mining,the stress changes of the surrounding rock in the process of mining are analyzed in the cases of if there were any relieving roadway by using RFPA simulation software.The results show that the reasonable width between the pressure relief roadway and the coal pillar is 15m;during the mining process, the shear stress of the roadway surrounding rock reaches the maximum value when the working surface is pushed 180m,and shear deformation occurred within 6 m of the working face due to plastic deformation;by digging relieving roadway,the maximum pressure of the coal pillar is reduced by 22.6%, the maximum shear stress is reduced by nearly 50%,the surrounding rock stress of the crossheading and the shear stress of the roof and floor are also reduced in different degrees.The results provide a reference for the layout of the relieving roadway in the thick coal seam.
