大倾角液压支架防倒防滑机构及安全防护装置研究

摘要: 为解决倾斜及急倾斜煤层工作面综采设备稳定性和工作人员安全防护难题,在全面总结多年来大倾角综采工作面工程装备应用实践的基础上,开展倾斜综采工作面装备技术系统性研究,完整地开发出了倾斜煤层综合机械化开采工艺的安全可靠技术装备。采用了大倾角液压支架的防倒防滑机构,探讨了安全防护装置在倾斜综采工作面的研究设计及应用。有效解决了该条件下综采设备使用中稳定性控制,实现了在倾斜煤层条件下安全高效开采。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to solve the inclined and steep inclined coal seam fully mechanized mining equipment stability and the security problems of staff, in a comprehensive summary of years of full mechanized mining face equipment engineering practice, from the successful experience of inclined fully mechanized face equipment research of technology system, developed a complete safe and reliable technology and equipment incline coal seam comprehensive mechanization mining technology. The anti slip mechanism of inclined hydraulic support, discusses the safety protection device in the design and application of inclined fully mechanized working face. An effective solution to the stability conditions of fully mechanized mining equipment used in control system, to achieve safe and efficient mining in inclined coal seam conditions.
