摘要: 为提高余热的有效回收利用,降低能源消耗和企业生产的节能减排。提出了一种利用空压机联合空气源热泵作为热源的供热方式,用来满足煤矿职工全年生活热水需求。并结合了工程实例的计算与分析,说明该技术在理论和实际应用中的可行性,该方法可回收利用大量的空压机余热,结合空气源热泵系统,可替代燃气锅炉供热方式,资金回收期仅为2.67a,是一项值得推广的技术。

Abstract: A heating method using air compressor combined with air source heat pump as heat source is proposed, use to meet the annual hot water demand of coal mine workers. Combined with the calculation and analysis of engineering examples, Explain the feasibility of this technology in theory and practical application. This method can recycle a large amount of waste heat of air compressor, combined with air compressor waste heat recovery system and air source heat pump system, it can replace the heating mode of gas boiler. The payback period of the project is only 2.67years, which is a technology worth promoting.
