青龙寺选煤厂分选工艺优化探讨

摘要: 分析了青龙寺选煤厂设计煤样与实际煤样的煤质差别,指出现有生产工艺存在问题。该厂原设计是块、末煤分级入洗,原煤首先经干法分级,混合后再去主厂房块煤脱泥筛湿法分级,湿法分级后的末煤去旋流器洗选,因原煤泥化严重便引起各种问题,实际生产中不能实现末煤洗选,解决问题的关键是增加一条末煤入洗带式输送机,彻底实现块、末煤分级入洗,缩短末煤过水时间,且现场具有改造的条件,同时也能为选煤厂带来良好的经济效益。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the difference between the design coal sample and the actual coal sample in Qinglongsi coal preparation plant, and points out the existing problems of the coal washing process. The original design of the process is preparation of sized raw coal. The raw coal is firstly sized by the dry screening, then mixed and the smalls are removed by the lump coal stroke with wet screening, and finally the smalls are preparation by dense medium separation after the wet screening, which causes a series kinds of problems due to the serious coal mud conversion, which can not be realized in the current production. It can be completely realized by preparing of sized raw coal and shortening the overwater time of the raw coal, at the same time, it can bring good economic benefits for the coal preparation plant.
