低阶煤载体浮选试验研究

The Study on Carrier Flotation of Low-rank Coal

摘要: 以内蒙古麻黄梁地区某选煤厂低阶煤为研究对象,采用山西某炼焦煤选煤厂重选精煤作为载体原料,开展了低阶煤载体浮选试验研究。对低阶煤进行了工业分析和XRD分析,结果表明:煤样挥发分高,煤中黏土矿物主要有高岭石和蒙脱石。低阶煤载体浮选试验结果表明:0.5~0.25mm粒级的载体可大幅提高低阶煤的浮选效果,随着载体粒度减小,低阶煤浮选回收率逐渐减弱。0.5~0.25mm粒级载体的回收率可达到98.92%。最后对载体强化低阶煤浮选的机理进行了探讨。

Abstract: The coal-flotation test of low-rank coal was carried out.by taking the low-rank coal of a coal preparation plant in Mahuangliang, Inner Mongolia as the research object, using the gravity-purifying coal from a coking coal preparation plant in Shanxi as the carrier material. The industrial analysis and XRD test of low-rank coal are carried out firstly. The results show that the coal samples have high volatile content, and clay minerals in the coal samples mainly contain kaolinite and montmorillonite. Then the low-rank coal flotation test with different particle size carriers and carrier recovery test were performed. The results show that the carrier with 0.5-0.25mm particle size can greatly improve the flotation efficiency of low-rank coal. With the decrease of carrier particle size, flotation effect weakened. Meanwhile, the recovery rate of 0.5-0.25mm granular carrier reached 98.92%. Finally, strengthening mechanism of low rank coal flotation on the carrier were discussed.
