柔模混凝土沿空留巷过陷落柱支护技术研究

Study on supporting technology of subsided column in fully mechanized caving along goaf

摘要: 针对陷落柱影响段综放沿空留巷施工困难、成巷效果差等问题,以霍尔辛赫煤矿3605综放工作面柔模混凝土沿空留巷为例,介绍陷落柱段巷内异型柔模混凝土墙体支护、底板注浆等技术。工程实践表明:在陷落柱影响段柔模混凝土沿空留巷施工速度快,留巷效果好,采空区封堵严实,具有良好的经济效益和应用前景。

Abstract: at present, the flexible mould concrete gob side entry retaining wall is only suitable for the application under normal conditions, so as to solve the complex supporting conditions of the gob side entry retaining, such as collapse column, fault and fracture development zone, etc., it can achieve better supporting effect. A mine 3307 fully mechanized top coal caving face as the engineering background, the first coal mine in thick coal seam with flexibleformwork concrete along the left lane and anchor arch process air surface. Mainly through the introduction of the collapse column, fault zone in roadway anchor arch support, grouting technology aided ribside support for gob. The engineering practice shows that the flexible formwork concrete gob and anchor arch process system is simple, the construction speed, roadway support, good sealing effect in complex section. Goaf roadway support strength reached coalproduction along the coal mine 3307 fully mechanized top coal caving face, have economic benefits and good application prospect.
